Prêt Instant introduces applications to lending partners

Prêt Instant describes itself as a Quebec referral service rather than a lender or credit broker. It collects an application and transmits it to lending partners, which make their own approval decisions and set their terms. An illustration on the referral website is therefore not a personalised credit contract. Establish the name of the proposed lender, its current authorisation and the enquiry or banking-verification process it will use.

The partner’s agreement determines the offer

Before accepting the resulting offer, compare the cash received with all scheduled repayments and additional services. Read the privacy notice governing the transfer of your details and ask which information is necessary. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner provides guidance on requests for a Social Insurance Number. Keep the correspondence from both the referral service and the actual creditor, particularly if the final cost or due dates differ from the initial presentation.
